The association is an independent voluntary grouping of believers who are active in the knowledge process and see their pursuit of knowledge, its dissemination and application as an integral part of their life of worship and devotion to the Creator.

AMR aims to provide an overall framework of resources and support that would enable its members to utilize their knowledge and intellectual capabilities to help each other and the wider community.
